I have a EU passport (Spain) and I am in fact moving from that country to CH. I've already been to my local gov. office (Allschwil, Basel Land) and registered there. I will be getting an L Permit, but I'm completely in the dark as to what this really means. I understand it's a short term permit and I assume that it is standard for situations like mine. If you REALLY can't find an answer or find conflicting results, then write your request again in the correct Forum where the folk who might be in the know are more likely to see it. If there is already a Thread with questions very similar to yours, add your request to that one. Otherwise, start a new one there.

With so many players, things don't happen overnight and Aviva and Tesco are blaming each other for the delays.

On June 14, Aviva paid you £2,512 as part payment for the repair of your wall, retaining 25 pc to be paid on completion.

It is unfortunate that your renewal premium fell due around this time on June 20.

Aviva says it had not yet got assurance from Tesco that its driver had accepted full liability for the accident, although Tesco maintains this was sent on May 28.

So your premium renewal reflected the full cost of the claim and you lost your no-claims discount.

Barclays, knowing you were upset, sent you the M&S
